Data Deletion Instructions

Silverbyte Software Consultants (I) Pvt. Ltd. ("Silverbyte", "we", "us", or "our") allows you to request deletion of your personal information, including WhatsApp contact information processed through a Silverbyte application such as PerfectMaint.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject line"Data Deletion Request", including:

• Your name
• The phone number and/or WhatsApp number associated with your data
• The business (Silverbyte customer) you interacted with, if known

What happens next

We will verify the request and process eligible deletions within a reasonable time, subject to legal, contractual, and regulatory record-keeping requirements.

Where your information was submitted to us by a business customer of ours (for example, a service company using PerfectMaint to message its own customers), that information is controlled by that business, and we may direct your request to them so they can action it directly, or action it on their behalf where they have authorized us to do so.

What gets deleted

Upon a verified, eligible request, we delete or anonymize the personal information associated with you in our systems — including message content, contact details, and WhatsApp account identifiers tied to that request — except where retention is required to meet legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory obligations, in which case that residual data is retained only for as long as required and is not used for any other purpose.
